Here I demonstrate a powerful, effective exercise done intermediate first and advanced second. I call these walk out push ups. It may be called something else so let’s not fret…😊 just love me.
Notice feet position.
Intermediate you stand wide and drop to your knees to complete the push up. Go for 3 sets of 10-12
Advance my feet are together. Go for 3 sets of 15-20
