Slightly baked asparagus with a side of salsa along with my homemade chocolate protein pudding. Made with Vega protein powder and water until its at a pudding like consistency. Yum! 
Did you know? Asparagus is a natural dietetic. Which helps you get rid of access water. Ladies, you will find me eating A LOT more asparagus during that time of month….😊TIP!

No surprises as to what I eat for dinner. I learned to appreciate the dullness of my meals and focus more on fueling my body and what works well with my lifestyle. There are a lot of options for me as a vegan however, I like to keep it simple during the week. 
Menu: XLarge kale and spinach salad and plant based protein shake with a liter of water. I add peppers to my salad to spice things up!

Lemonade! πŸ‹πŸ‹πŸ‹
Ingredients for 64oz of lemonade.
3 lemons
70oz of purified water
Your choice of sweetener. I use Splenda or stevia 
Directions: 
skin lemon
Add to blender ( I have health master) it may not work well using a regular blender. Try the Ninja. 
Strain and add sweetener and swerve! 😁
I made this for myself & my husband @billybostonjr 
He craves soda (pop) sometimes so he replaces those cravings for my delicious lemonade. Plus it’s enriched with vitamin C!

4 sets of pull-ups (wide) to failure.
4 sets of 14reps
100 seated an crunches

3 sets of 16-20reps of bent over barbell row superset with seated lateral pull down
3 sets of (shown exercises) between 16-20reps
End off with 4 sets of 20reps of back extensions and 25min incline max on treadmill.
